Laurent Descharreaux Wanted

Laurent Descharreaux is well-known in some industries. He starts a promising business, receives support from the local authorities and later dissolves his company not paying taxes, salaries and debts. Then he moves to another country and do the same. That’s just a schematic description of what methods he uses to earn his luxury living by scamming other people or even nations.

Look at his Estonian business. He opened several (over 10) firms, promised to create 700 jobs, received subsidies from the government and ended them up not paying a penny for taxes. He managed to scam Estonian government for over EUR 2.2 million!

His next target was Bulgaria. Several Bulgarian entities are still afloat but we all know what happens when Laurent Descharreaux faces problems. He’s going to disappear with the money he has received. We urge everyone who knows where he’s living and what business in Bulgaria or any other country he’s running to send us the information. Don’t be an accessory to the scammer, don’t allow him to fool you promising pie in the sky!
